Around the summer of 2006 a private bio-medical facility near Pennsylvania gave seven chimpanzees which just arrived. All of the chimps had been used for research to test hepatitis vaccines. A few of the chimpanzees were kept as pets and contributed to the entertainment industry when they were younger in age. More than half had only ever been inside their whole lives. When they were released their reaction was unbelievable as they expressed their happiness to embrace freedom.
