But halfway through, he noticed one extraordinarily excited fan sitting in the front row, and just had to invite her up.

The girl, who was born with Down Syndrome, can hardly contain her excitement as Tim serenades her in front of a packed Atlanta audience. But what he did after he finished singing really made her night. What a lucky girl, and what a sweet moment!
