One day at the Harrison, Arkansas Room to Bloom Children’s Center, a woman spotted a group of three-year-olds arguing over something adorable: the weather. Tara Willmott, a pharmacist, caught it all on film as the children argued whether it was raining or sprinkling, to share the cuteness with the whole world.
