The dog you’re about to meet had no name. No real family, either; the people who owned him kept him chained up by the side of the house, muzzled. He slept on the cold concrete, ignored by the world. He barked, he pleaded for attention… but nothing changed.
As time passed, the neighbors eventually noticed the horrible things going on next door. Day after day, there was the dog — alone, neglected and hopeless. The neighbors grew concerned and frustrated, but even their angry calls to the police did nothing. The dog remained outside.
Finally, the neighbors had enough. When no one was home next door, they jumped the fence and saved this poor, nameless dog. From that day on, his life would never be the same, and that was a wonderful thing. This dog was eventually placed in a new family, one that actually let him inside… and then some. He was a senior dog that was able to live out his remaining years the way he’d always wanted: LOVED.

However, while the neighbors were starting to take notice and make frantic phone calls, time passed and the dog grew older. Finally, one day at last, the neighbors had enough — and they freed the dog themselves.
He was saved! Finally! And not only did he finally get a name — Alfie — but he found himself with the loving forever family he’d always wanted and needed. Here’s Dad.

And toys! Lots and lots of toys!!!
Even a canine sibling came with his new family, a pup just like Alfie.
