The second he picks up the little guy, it’s endless kisses! “I haven’t seen his tail wag this much! Oh my goodness, he definitely remembers you!”

We’re not exactly sure how this man saved the pup, but judging from the woman’s reaction, it’s clear these two have gone through something that will bond them for life.
