Landlords have to deal with the best and worst tenants. Most of them are decent, they pay their rent on time. Then there are those who leave a mess and act rude and forget to pay the rent.

Thomas Raveau, from Rozoy-sur-Serre in Aisne, France, had to deal with some cheeky tenants who had refused to pay the rent for more than a year.

This French landlord’s tenants left a mess when they finally left the rental unit. Ravaux found everything from empty boxes to a dirty litter box. He had enough.

Ravaux knew where his previous tenants had moved and decided it was time for revenge

Clean up the tenant clutter and carry it in a dump truck. Then he went on a little tour.

Ravaux stopped at the front door of his new former tenant’s house and loaded the entire contents of the dump truck onto their balcony. He left nothing behind.

The heap of rubble was very impressive and continued to grow as the dump truck continued its work.

He could taste the gentle vengeance that landlords often do not experience with these tenants. His satisfaction was very high

He was actually so cute and gave them back everything they had. The only problem is that they weren’t expecting it.

Ravaux took photos of the whole process and posted them on social media. The photos show the dirtiness of the tenants who have left the rental unit
He commented on the photos, put the parents to shame for living in such filth with three children, and left him to be cleaned. He also wished the new owner good luck in dealing with them.
