Sometimes, the most amazing moments are just around the corner and you have no idea what’s coming. That’s what happened on this bright and sunny day, when a parking enforcement officer went around dishing out tickets to unsuspecting citizens who did nothing to deserve them. Pretty terrible, right?! I won’t give it away — but I will say that by the end, I was surprised, touched and smiling from ear to ear. These people NEVER expected this! Their reactions are priceless!
