Policeman Michael Buelna was on a mission investigating a murder when he heard the whining of a child coming from a dumpster on the night of November 21, 1989, in Santa Ana, California, USA.

A baby of a few days, with the umbilical cord uncut, dirty, weak, and hungry… He could barely breathe, but with his last strength, he managed to make those sounds that saved him!
