One out of every two marriages today ends in divorce, leaving children with broken families. Divorced parents justifiably worry about how their divorce will affect their children, and even though they may be preoccupied with their own problems, they continue to be the most important people in their children’s lives.

In this touching video, a little boy writes a letter to his divorced parents, and reads it aloud to the camera. As a child of divorce myself, I can completely empathize with his words. Parents who are able to work it out and stay committed to their children — making sure their children know and feel how much they’re loved, despite their parents’ divorce — should be praised for their hard work and dedication.
