Two ladies reveal how they survived with their horses during Hurricane Irma

Many residents of Florida and Caribbean decided to leave their homes when it was revealed that a horrible storm was about to thrash the area.

Each time mass migration occurs, it is anticipated that a little confusion will add up mainly when handling a tempest as strong as this one.

It is the same confusion that caused roommates Taittyn Fischer, and Georgia Mott to choose to remain at home instead of running away.

Their concrete house is situated on a mountain, so they thought they would be secure inside.

But they were not alone; they were with their two horses called Dixie and Goose.

They were aware they could not abandon the animals outside during Hurricane Irma.

George said that there were several incredible individuals all over the southeast giving their facilities to those with horses. While most of their friends who own horses moved them to concrete sheds, they found the plan to take them in the house.

Therefore, they tidied the laundry room, filled it with hay and took the horses inside. Taittyn states that they are enjoying it.
