Where the magic begins

The idea for the carving came from a famous Chinese painting, “Along the River During the Qingming Festival”. The painting is believed to be over 1,000 years old.

It’s not just it’s size that makes it unique, it’s also it’s astounding level of detail.
From start to finish, it took a mind numbing 8,760 hours to create this piece of art. I think it was time well spent, don’t you?
