An explosion at a fireworks market in Tultepec, Mexico is receiving widespread attention this evening – thanks in no small part to startling footage that shows the incident unfolding.

Witness José Luis Tolentino shot the footage, which has since been picked up by a deluge of media outlets.

According to The Guardian, the blast killed at least 26 people, leaving another 70 injured. It also flattened the San Pablito market, where many people reportedly earn their living manufacturing fireworks.

As reported by The Mirror, the number of wounded could rise. Citizens of Tultepec are also asked not to come within three miles of the explosion site as it is still considered dangerous.
