3-Day Military Diet To Lose 10 Lbs In 3 Days


For this diet to work, you must eat exactly what is indicated on the daily menu. Good luck.

#1 Want to lose 10 pounds in 3 days?

Try thee military diet. It is important that all the rules of the diet are followed perfectly, otherwise you might not lose the promised 10 pounds.


#2 The most important rule:

You may only eat exactly what is presented on the daily menu!


#3 Make sure to follow these rules as well:

The only liquid you can drink is water, eating between meals is prohibited, and no seasonings beyond salt an pepper will be allowed. (Exercise is not required.)


#4 The full menu for day one:

Breakfast: Only the foods indicated in the image below.
Lunch: 1c coffee or tea with caffeine, 1/2c tuna, 1 slice bread/toast.
Dinner: 3oz of any type of meat, 1c green beans, 1 small apple, 1/2 banana, and 1c vanilla ice cream.


#5 The full menu for day two:

Breakfast: 1 egg cooked how you like, 1 slice of bread, half a banana.
Lunch: Only the foods indicated in the image below.
Dinner: Two hot dogs (not to be served in a bun), 1c broccoli, 1/2c carrots, half a banana, and 1/2c vanilla ice cream.


#6 The full menu for day three:

Breakfast: Five saltine crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese, and one small apple.
Lunch: 1 egg cooked how you like, and one slice of bread/toast.
Dinner: Only the foods indicated in the image below.


#7 Why this diet works.

The portions and rules are so clear that failure is just impossible if you stick with it. Also, there are some sweet rewards along the way that help with those sugar cravings. Yes, that ice cream did have a purpose!
